In short: to choose a HubSpot agency in Mexico, do not compare logos or partner tiers. Compare who will do the work, whether they can rescue a portal that already exists, whether they can connect your CFDI invoicing and your ERP, and whether they publish price and scope. There are four types of provider and each one fits a different case.
Why comparing is so hard
The HubSpot partner directory lists dozens of providers in Mexico and almost every profile promises the same thing: implementation, onboarding and inbound. That does not tell you whether they can step into a portal that no longer works, migrate your history from Salesforce or connect HubSpot to your invoicing system. Those are the three questions that weigh the most in a B2B project, and the profile almost never answers them.
The four types of provider
Rather than names, it helps to tell working models apart:
- Large partner (Diamond or Elite). Big teams, coverage across several countries and access to the channels of HubSpot's partner program. A fit for multi-country projects or several Hubs at once. The typical risk: whoever sells and runs discovery is not always the one who configures.
- Boutique implementation and RevOps agency. A small team with one architect in charge from start to finish. A fit when the problem is architecture: pipelines, data, integrations and adoption. The limit: capacity for very large projects in parallel.
- Independent consultant. Fast and flexible for one-off setups. The limit: there is no backup team and the capacity for API integrations is usually short.
- HubSpot professional services. They know the product from the inside and follow a standardized process. Their scope is usually getting the tool running within a defined time; designing your sales process and custom integrations tend to fall outside it.
What to ask any provider
| Criterion | What to ask | Red flag |
|---|---|---|
| Who does the work | Is the person running discovery the one who configures? | Your project is handed to a team you never met |
| Rescuing an existing portal | How do you audit the portal before touching it? | They propose starting from scratch with no diagnostic |
| Migration from Salesforce | How do you migrate activity history and associations? | They only talk about importing contacts via CSV |
| Mexican integrations | Have you connected HubSpot to a CFDI invoicing system? How? | They do not know what a PAC is |
| Price and scope | What happens if the scope changes mid-project? | A fixed quote with no adjustment rules |
| Adoption | How do you know the team actually uses the CRM after handover? | The project ends on delivery day, with no role-based training |
The partner tier does not measure the quality of the work
The tiers of HubSpot's partner program (Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Elite) mostly reflect how much HubSpot business an agency manages and retains. It is a signal of size, not of fit: a small team with experience in your type of operation can deliver a more precise project than a large partner focused on another segment. Use it as one more data point, together with cases similar to yours and a conversation with whoever will actually build.
Where we fit
Pugblicity is a boutique HubSpot implementation and RevOps agency for B2B companies in Latin America, based in the State of Mexico. We are independent (we are not part of HubSpot's partner program) and every project is led by a senior architect from start to finish. We publish our prices: implementation from $3,000 to $8,000 USD depending on scope and CRM Rescue from $2,500 to $7,500 USD with the audit included, plus VAT in Mexico. If what you need is a multi-country project with many consultants in parallel, a large partner will serve you better.
What you can do this week
- Write down the three questions your HubSpot cannot answer today, for example how much is really in the pipeline or why the last deals were lost. That is your scope, not a list of features.
- Ask each provider to explain how they would audit your portal before proposing changes, and who will do the work.
- If you invoice with CFDI or run an ERP, ask how they would connect it and what data comes back into HubSpot.
When do you actually need help?
If your team keeps the pipeline in spreadsheets even though HubSpot is already paid for, or nobody trusts the reports, the problem is usually architecture, not training. That is when a diagnostic before touching anything pays off. You can see our services and pricing.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to implement HubSpot with an agency in Mexico?
It depends on the scope and on how many Hubs and integrations it includes. As a reference, at Pugblicity an implementation ranges from $3,000 USD (up to 20 hours, 5 workflows, 1 pipeline) to $8,000 USD (up to 70 hours, 60 workflows, custom objects), plus VAT. Always ask for the scope in writing and how it is adjusted if it changes.
How long does a HubSpot implementation take?
In our projects, a Starter scope takes 3 to 4 weeks and a Professional one 5 to 7. Enterprise projects depend on scope and usually run 8 to 16 weeks. Integrations with an ERP or invoicing system add time depending on the other system's API.
Can an agency connect HubSpot to CFDI invoicing?
Yes, though not with a native connector, because HubSpot does not stamp CFDI invoices. The integration connects HubSpot to your invoicing system through its API or a tool like Make.com: a won deal generates the invoice, and the folio and payment status come back into the CRM. We explain it in how to connect HubSpot to CFDI invoicing.
