Terms of service

Last updated: September 28, 2026. These terms govern the use of pugblicity.com and the purchase of Pugblicity's consulting services. By using the site or contracting a service you accept them.

1. Who we are

Pugblicity is a B2B consulting practice operated by Daniel Ernesto Morales Cano, an individual with business activity (persona física con actividad empresarial) with address at Calzada San Mateo 8, Atizapán Centro, 52900 Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico, Mexico ("Pugblicity", "we"). Contact: dmorales@pugblicity.com.

2. Use of the site

The site is informational. Prices, tiers and timelines shown on the site are reference values; the binding scope, price and timeline of any project are the ones written in the proposal or contract you sign. You agree not to misuse the site (scraping at scale, attempting to breach it, or submitting false information in forms).

3. Services and scope

Every service is delivered under a written proposal that defines scope, deliverables, hours, timeline and price. Two limits apply at once, hours and deliverables; work beyond either moves to the next tier or is quoted as a change order before we continue. Additional hours are billed at the rate stated in the proposal. HubSpot licenses and any third-party subscriptions are contracted and paid by the client directly with the vendor and are not included in our prices.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to give us timely access to the systems and information needed for the project (for example, HubSpot portal access with the required permissions), to name a decision-maker for approvals, and to review deliverables within the agreed windows. Delays caused by missing access or approvals extend the timeline accordingly.

5. Prices, invoicing and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless the proposal says otherwise, and exclude applicable taxes (VAT / IVA in Mexico when it applies). Payment schedules are stated in the proposal (typically 50% to start and 50% at hand-off, or milestones for larger projects). Retainers are billed monthly in advance with a minimum commitment of three months; unused hours do not roll over. Invoices are due within the term stated on the invoice.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a project in writing at any time. Work completed and hours consumed up to the cancellation date are billable and non-refundable; any prepaid amount not yet consumed is refunded or credited within 15 business days. The RevOps Assessment is credited toward a project contracted within the period stated in the proposal; it is not refundable once delivered. Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice after the minimum commitment.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the configurations, workflows, properties, documentation and custom code we build inside your systems for your project. Pugblicity keeps the right to reuse general know-how, methods, templates and non-client-specific components. Case studies or testimonials are published only with your written approval.

8. Confidentiality and data

We treat your business information and the data in your systems as confidential and use it only to deliver the service. Personal data is handled according to our privacy notice. We do not keep copies of your customers' data beyond what the project requires, and we remove working copies when the project ends.

9. Warranties and liability

We deliver services with professional care and correct, at no cost, defects in our deliverables reported within 30 days of hand-off. Because results depend on your team's adoption and on third-party platforms we do not control, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the six months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for changes, outages or pricing decisions made by HubSpot or other vendors.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Mexico City, unless the signed proposal states a different jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with its date. Projects in progress keep the terms in force when their proposal was signed.
